Injera pop-up restaurant!

Injera & Ethiopian coffee

Every Wednesday evening in February from 17:30-21:00, come by to taste injera @ Nu De toekomst: an Ethiopian - Eritrean pop-up restaurant. The dinner is vegetarian with vegan options cooked by Hanna. You can join us for a full dinner (€19,50 pp) or drop by to taste smaller dishes and snacks. You can also come by for a special Ethiopean coffee, made by @Olana_Coffee. 

The menu is cooked with ingredients from local producers as Veld en Beek, Tuinderij het lichtveen en Molen de Vlijt 🌱. Take-away is possible (bring your own tupperware)😋

By hosting pop-up restaurants, NuDeToekomst creates opportunities for starting caterers, newcomers and social entrepreneurs to gain experience and connect with the community.
