Injera pop-up restaurant!

Injera & Ethiopian coffee ceremony

Every Wednesday evening in January between 17:30-21:00, come by to taste injera @ Nu De toekomst: an Ethiopian - Eritrean pop-up restaurant. The dinner is vegetarian with vegan options cooked by Van Grond tot Mond. You can join us for a full dinner (€17,50 pp) or drop by to taste smaller dishes and snacks. You can also come by for a good coffee, made in a coffee ceremony by @Olana_Coffee. 

The menu is cooked with ingredients from local producers as De Ommuurde tuin, Tuinderij het Lichtveen, De Hoge Born en Molen de Vlijt 🌱. Take-away is possible (bring your own tupperware)😋

By hosting pop-up restaurants, NuDeToekomst creates opportunities for starting caterers, newcomers and social entrepreneurs to gain experience and connect with the community.
