Docu Cost Of Growth

On the 3rd of december, 19:30-22:00, you can join an inspiring documentary screening & dialogue:  'The cost of growth' (2025). This docu connects local struggles against extractivism in Serbia, Italy and Sapmi with broader debates on justice, democracy, and war. It shows how people across Europe are not only resisting false solutions but also building alternatives - from grassroots organizing to new forms of cooperation and solidarity.

The speakers visiting are 

Elisabeth Rasch, part of the Rural Sociology Group of the WUR and initiator of the Activist Academy for engaged students in Wageningen.

Wiep Wissema, ecological economist and active at Foundation STRO, organizing localized economy through new forms of money.
